Shari brings unmatched expertise to the table with a Master’s Degree in Tourism and International Development from the University of Brighton, UK, and over five years of experience as the Head of the Licensing Unit at the Belize Tourism Board.

During her time at BTB, Shari recognized a gap between government processes and investor needs—and she founded Think Big to bridge it. With in-depth knowledge of Belize’s laws and regulations and strong working relationships with key government ministries and stakeholders, Shari ensures every client receives accurate guidance and professional support.
